SPECIAL CLEANERS
SERVIDUR special cleaners are used to clean components before and after heat treatment. Their premium quality meets the high specific demands of the heat treatment shops regarding the condition of the cleaned workpiece surface.
When used before heat treatment, almost all residues are safely removed that could interfere with the thermochemical diffusion processes or with the heat treatment system. When used after quenching the quenching agent is specifically removed. Optimal results are guaranteed by the special adaptation of the cleaners to our quenchant portfolio.
The water-based cleaners enable a long service life, low consumption and cost-effectiveness due to their outstanding degreasing performance in combination with excellent demulsifying properties.
We furthermore offer a range of highly effective cleaners based on hydrocarbons and modified alcohols that have been approved by renowned plant manufacturers such as HEMO and ECOCLEAN (former DÜRR).
All our SERVIDUR cleaners are state of the art in terms of the latest regulations and laws in regard to environmental, health and safety aspects.
